I am trying to live unapologetically. I’m gonna wear whatever I want without asking anyone if it looks good on me. No more pretending to like bands and tv shows to fit into friendships. Why be a chameleon who gauges the environment before deciding which color she would be to blend into acceptance? Surely, I will make mistakes but I’m gonna own them. Learn from them. And there would be no regrets because the only thing I can aspire is to be better than I was yesterday and it’s only when we accept ourselves that we can move forward.

my grandfather and my great aunt both spoke 6 languages fluently and I remember hearing them have a conversation and they would switch languages mid sentence because what they were describing could be more succinctly said in a different language and that’s so cool if I want to express that something is really great I will say the word hella before an adjective
